First of all, I’ve been sending you emails for over two weeks now with questions, and I haven’t received a single response from you—not even one reply. Even on your Facebook group, the admins are not responding. How can I trust you as a company if I can’t even get proper customer support? Beyond that, although I’m currently one of your clients, I’ve seen more and more reviews and comments in the past six months about how you're handling things—people are having issues with withdrawals and accounts being blocked. Personally, this makes me stay with you, but at the same time, I’ve started opening live accounts with other companies. People are simply leaving your platform, and it’s a shame.

I finally passed an evaluation account for the first time, the day before renewal of my account. I reached out to their costumer service regarding paying the renewal of $85 and having to pay for the PA account as well, since this would be a very big expense for me. I was told by Juan Diego, that I would have to pay both fee since the PA is also paid monthly on the PA. I text him back, that I didnt know if it was worth paying that much when they now run a 80% off campaign. He texted me back, saying "Ultimately, the choice that makes you feel most comfortable is the best one for you." So I cancel the account. 3 hours later I get an e-mail with info regarding the PA signature, payment etc. It links to a FAQ and the first few lines state, that I am eligble to get a refund of the renewal payment if I pass an account the last day before a renewal period. WHY am I not told this by costumers service? This is extremely bad service given the facts, that I specifically mentions the renewal fee as an issue in my conversation with him. This review is solely regarding their Costumers Service, as I've been fairly pleased with their evaluation accounts. Won't use them again though.

run away from this awful firm if u trade 1-5 accounts. all firms are better than apex. i had to wrote them an essay and post screenshots to get my payout approved. and 1 week past still didnt recieve my payout. I swear to god , all other firms are better. i am recieving my payout in hours or next day with them

I had a problem yesterday via tradovate on my 2 non-linked accounts. I sent an email with a video because it was impossible for me to exit my positions and I therefore had losses that I should never have had, but no one answered me.
