I don’t know whether to call my local Police Department or what to do. One of your affiliates Apex trader has told me to go suck his.**** and encouraged his followers to berate and harassed my family. I’m sorry I offended one of your affiliates please Apex trader. Have your affiliate stop harassing me and my family I’m sorry I have tagged you in the screenshots of Mr. Ripp’s comments.

I would never recommend apex for anyone. It's all a scam to get you to buy evals and pa accounts. After all my learning and the strategy I came up with as soon as it became profitable they send me an email saying no more evals. Then they try to push you to a live account then ban you when you fail the pa. If you ever reach out to their customer service and you get an email back from hector expect a follow up with risk department and you get banned. This prop firm should be banned and fined for the scam and fraud they are. Hector you should be definitely fired & the ceo of apex should be investigated. Don't fall for their 80-90% off its just so you buy evals blow them then when you make profit you're banned. There are way better prop firms that actually pay you out and don't make up things to ban you.

Extremely frustrating experience. After passing the evaluation, I discovered that in the funded phase there is still a $2,600 profit target required before being eligible for a payout. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or during the evaluation. Passing the eval does not mean you can trade toward payouts immediately, which feels misleading. Apex needs to be much more transparent about funded‑phase payout rules upfront.
