I used Apex for over a year. I am a wall street veteran of over 25 years and traded or executed hundreds of billions of dollars over that time. I want to warn young traders not to use this firm. At it's essence, Apex is a ponzi scheme pure and simple. I executed orders for some of the best performing fund managers in the world, and they would all tell you to cut losses and let your winning trades run. Apex consistency rules and aggressive stop losses are designed not to find great traders, but enrich themselves. Recently, they implemented a 2FA process. My authenticator would not provide a OTP, so I was essentially locked out of my account. I missed valuable trading days and Apex, after a number of days, just closed the account rather than provide support. This is just a single issue with this scam company. The National Futures Association is investigating Apex and I believe will shut down this scam of a company.

This prop firm is a scam. I engaged with Apex Trader Funding under the impression that they were a legitimate trading firm offering funded trading programs. I have been with them for than 15 months. However, it has become clear that this company is operating fraudulently. After submitting payment for 55k in 20 accounts and balance of 8k each on all 20 accounts I was sent following email even after sending them video of me trading Compliance (Apex Trader Funding) Jul 10, 2025, 09:39 EDT I hope this message finds you well. After thoroughly reviewing recent activities on your account, we have identified discrepancies that raise concerns regarding fraudulent activity and PA Contract breaches. As a result, we have closed your Apex account. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose any further details at this time. Please understand that this decision was made with the utmost respect for all parties involved and in strict adherence to our policies designed to protect our community and services. You are no longer allowed to use any APEX-related services. Do not create any additional accounts. Violation of this policy may lead to legal action. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Started off great with apex have taken over $45k in payouts so fair. Then apex stopped me from buying anymore accounts for no reason. So since this has happened I have contacted support over 3 times and didn’t even get any response didn’t expect this from them after using them for over 3 years they don’t like winners!!!

They ate my 80K profit and some review system saying as I’m not authentic (after taking a video of me trading myself for two consecutive days and now they say that it’s something is fraudulent) do not trust this company I’ll be trying to complain this in best business bureau and l am looking for any legal options that I can check   I cannot give them zero so I’m giving one star
