Do not use Apex. They dont even follow their own rules! Its all very ambiguous and at their discretion. They’ll find anyway they can to not pay you. And dont get fooled by the 1 day to pass plans tou still have to trade your funded account for 8 days and make 50+ 5 of the 8 days before you even qualify for a payout

They became a big scammer. they will get the most minimal reason no to pay.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Apex Trader Funding. After over 15 months of working with this firm without ever receiving a payout, my account was abruptly terminated—right after my wife submitted a payout request for her own account. They claimed "fraudulent activity" without providing any concrete evidence or warning, and closed both of our accounts simultaneously. We have never engaged in any kind of fraud. We’ve sent Apex multiple videos and photos proving that we trade independently from separate accounts and devices. Instead of acknowledging the evidence, they ignored our submissions and shut everything down

After passing the Evaluation, you will be required to pay 140 USD - 340 USD more & sign the contract for PA (Performance Account), where it mentions - you will receive 90% of your profit after one year. And support can't change the contract. Whatever is typed in that contract overrides anything you saw in the FAQs, emails, or webinars. You must hand over screen video recordings and platform logs of giving away your entire trading strategy on demand. Fail or hesitate and Apex can freeze the account and withhold payouts. A sweeping non‑disparagement clause forbids you from voicing complaints publicly. If you post a negative review or even vent in a Discord or Reddit, Apex reserves the right to sue you in Texas court for USD 10,000 per occurrence. Read the PA contract carefully after passing the evaluation. It's a one-sided contract. Bottom line The PA contract is 100 % one‑sided: Apex owns the account, the data, and the timeline for payouts, while you shoulder virtually all risk (legal, financial, and reputational). If you’re comfortable trading under a microscope with a year‑long lockup—and staying silent about any issues—go ahead. Otherwise, walk away before signing. Extremely disappointing. The glossy marketing sells a partnership; the fine print delivers a trap. *****As per contract***** Performance for this paragraph shall be defined as any amount above the starting balance that the Contractor has requested to be withdrawn, (requested performance / performance) that is eligible and qualified to be withdrawn and has made a withdrawal request that is pending approval (so long as it meets eligibility withdrawal requirements and is approved) or has been approved and not yet paid. Company shall pay 10% of the performance amount if the Contractor has had a Performance Account at least four weeks, 25% if account has been active at a minimum of twelve weeks, 50% at twenty-five weeks, and 90% of the performance if the Contractor has had the performance account for at least one full year.

For my third payout request, Apex cancelled my PA accounts since a family member living in different country had evaluation restrictions with Apex. After ID verification, Apex emailed me saying they would reinstate my PA accounts, but it has been more than two weeks without their response. They have blocked me from purchasing new evaluations; have not reinstated my PA accounts and do not respond to support ticket. I had a total of $164000 ($8200 * 20 accounts) in profits when my accounts were cancelled. I really don’t want to bad-mouth Apex, but they leave me no choice. Note to Apex: I know you read the reviews and respond. So please have the courtesy to respond to my support ticket and provide status of reinstating my accounts or the reason for blocking me from Apex. Please don’t lie about reinstating PA accounts and keep me in the dark.
