Horrible Company. Literally every single thing is set to fail you. They not only trail your unrealised profits but they trail your fees and Commissions as well. No matter how good you are you will lose for example if you are a Scalper and you are up $200 and you quickly grab it and close, your fees would be about $80 and your balance would be $120. Apex will trail that $80 that you just paid as fees so when they tell you your drawdown is 7500, it is actually $1500 or less.. even if you grab every single profit you get, just the trailing of your fees alone are enough to blow your account over 50 to 100 trades even if you never made a single mistake. They have paid so many influencers to promote them because they know they are shady.. if they were really so good, they wouldn't need so much marketing, the transperancy would speak for itself. Also you cannot swing trade or do positional Trading, they will shut down your positions once a day at a loss no matter what. The spreads and slippage are just aweful.. if the actual live instrument moves 10 points against you, apex's version will move 40 points against you but somehow the same doesn't apply to profits; losses are sharp and exaggerated but profits are slow and delayed. I edited my review from 5 stars after spending 2 weeks of buying multiple accounts and trying and adhering to every single rule but the trail on fees and commissions would still catch up to me and blow the account sooner or later. I strongly do not recommend

Had multiple accounts and my conclusion is, it's not worth your time if you are planning to trade for the long term. It would be better to open a personal account vs following the BS rules. I promise you they will find a reason not to pay you out. Also if you cancel they will continue to charge your account. Without hesitation I walked away from this company. I will not be in you best interest at all.

Apex company has horrible customer service. My platform has been down over a week and I keep being emails with the same instructions for how to fix the issue. This issue has been going on for over a year. My platform stops connecting and they take 1-2 weeks to resolve it. . I shouldn’t be paying a company who isn’t being proactive in getting my platform to work. There’s no reason to go this long and not get the help I need

I passed my challenge on 8/12 and have been trying to get help to activate the live account the past 2 days. I’ve filled out a ticket and have gotten no response besides the automatic AI’s. The site’s help desk and faq do not have answers to the questions I have. They give you 48 hours to pay the activation fee for the live account but do not respond within the same time frame. Missing out of trading days. Feeling like this was a big mistake.

Bought a 100k static account, First trade was a win with very minimal draw down( around 30 bucks) Never closed my position or added any new ones. all of a sudden my acct is neg 2k and my challenge is over. Scam. save your time and money. Apex entered me into a sell without my permission and claimed my acct was margin called. Go elsewhere they are manipulative and scamming you. Try Top Step or something. ANYTHING BUT apex. and most good reviews are bots or paid for. they are very unfiar
