I am under review as I cannot buy any more evals. I provided them all the information they requested, but they do not allow me to buy more evals nor did they move me to live. They just ignore until I blow all my PA accounts. They do not respond to any support requests. Waiti g more then 2 months now! I assume that I took out too much money from them. All the positive reviews are from people who did not make consinstent profits.

It truly feels like Apex is looking for excuses not to pay profitable traders. The result: weeks of work wasted, profits never received, and trust completely destroyed. There are plenty of other prop firms out there that respect their traders and actually pay them without trying to cut down those who succeed. I strongly advise anyone serious about trading to stay away from Apex.

I cancelled my account and was rebilled. After being rebilled I told them what had happened and asked for a refund. They refused. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

At the end of May 2025, Apex requested that I provide a written explanation of my trading strategy along with multiple screenshots of my actual charts. I promptly delivered the requested information in June 2025. Since then, Apex has blocked me from purchasing any new accounts without providing a single explanation. I have repeatedly reached out via email and phone, but Apex has refused to respond. After investing a significant amount of money in their firm and finally reaching the point of earning, Apex decided to block me. I do not use bots and have spent time learning to properly manage my trades. Their actions speak for themselves—Apex is not in the business of supporting or paying successful traders; they are in the business of collecting fees from the endless cycle of traders trying to “pass” accounts.
