Consistency rule is very hard to…
Consistency rule is very hard to understand. Also i requested a payout last thursday. Funds havent hit my bank account yet. Havent had these issues with any other prop firm.
A futures-focused prop firm with a 100% profit split and account sizes from $25,000 to $150,000, with combined funding up to $6,000,000. Since March 2026, Apex moved to a one-time payment model with a lifetime activation fee paid only after passing. Both EOD and intraday trailing drawdown options are available across platforms including NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, and WealthCharts.

i have come to the conclusion not to trust these weasels. they suck you in with there 90% code and then they have made so many rules that they make it very undesirable to trade.if you trading a live account you would not have this amount of frustration.also there are many other prop firms out there you do not have to be sucked into there shyster rules. i dont say they are scam but i do say there shady practices are not trader friendly.this is not a trader friendly company.i will not trade with apex ever again.

I think people should start a class action lawsuit on Apex trading fund. As soon as you reach a profitable system they take you to no more evals then push you to live when you blow that account they ban you. Their customer service and risk department are garbage especially hector from customer support. It's funny how they have all these "influencers" promote their prop firm with saying you can have 20 accounts and get massive payouts, but I have not seen/heard one time someone be able to take more than 1 of these massive payouts. Definitely a scam company. DO NOT EVER THINK OF BUYING EVALS.

Apex approved my account, then refused to pay my $7077 USD when I made a profit... "No Payout Denial" is a joke... :) "Apex is refusing to pay me $7077 usd. Apex Support Team verified and approved my account (transferred from a GMAIL ID to an ICLOUD ID in March, 2026). I was trading Apex accounts for almost five weeks and made a handsome profit. But now they’re calling it 'fraud' just to keep my profits. Apex Support Team already admitted the payout is valid, and Apex is sending it. And now guess what Apex still won't pay my $577, $600, $1,900, and $4,000 payouts. I’ve already filed fraud reports with the Texas Attorney General and Ontario Consumer Protection. Traders beware!"

Fraud. They don't payout. They will withhold your payout for any issue at all that they can find. Try other prop site for your own good and sake of your hard earned money and time.
