Rules checked: October 8, 2026
Our 2026 prop trading firm ranking in short: in our view, the best futures firm is Lucid Trading, the best forex/CFD firm is FTMO, and My Funded Futures pays out the fastest. Every rule in this article comes from the firm's official website or help center. We also include big firms that don't partner with MyPropFirm, because without them the ranking wouldn't be fair.
The Ranking at a Glance
We compare futures firms on a 50K account and forex/CFD firms on the smallest account available. In the table, EOD means drawdown calculated at the end of the day, and intraday means drawdown tracked live during the session. Prices change often, so MyPropFirm checks them every day.
| Firm | Market | Best for | Drawdown | Profit split | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lucid Trading (LucidFlex) | futures | best overall | $2,000, EOD | 90/10 | $54.35 |
| Tradeify (Select) | futures | beginners | $2,000, EOD | 90/10 | $116 |
| My Funded Futures (Rapid) | futures | fastest payouts | $2,000 | 90/10 | $104.50 |
| Apex Trader Funding | futures | many accounts at once | $2,000, EOD or intraday | 100% | $59 + $129 activation |
| Topstep | futures | a simple first evaluation | $2,000, EOD | 90/10 | price on the firm's site / month |
| Take Profit Trader | futures | payouts from day one | EOD in the evaluation, intraday in PRO | 80/20 (PRO) | price on the firm's site / month |
| FTMO (2-Step) | forex/CFD | best overall in forex | 10%, static | 80% | $99.73 |
| FundingPips (2 Step Standard) | forex/CFD | flexible payouts | 10%, static | 60–100% | price on the firm's site |
| FundedNext (Stellar 2-Step) | forex/CFD | fee refund | 10% | 80% | $44.99 |
| The5ers (High Stakes) | forex/CFD | the smallest account | 10% | 80% | price on the firm's site |
Topstep, Take Profit Trader, FTMO, FundingPips and The5ers are not on MyPropFirm. They are here because they are among the biggest firms on the market.
How We Rate Prop Firms
We don't sell spots in the ranking. We rate firms that partner with MyPropFirm the same way as firms that don't, and we list the downsides of every one of them.
We look at five things, roughly in this order:
- The written rules. The drawdown type (your maximum loss), the consistency rule (a cap on how much of your profit can come from a single day) and contract limits, checked in the firm's help center.
- Payouts. The profit split, how many days you have to wait, limits on a single payout and how fast the money arrives.
- The real cost. The price after a discount code, the activation fee after you pass the evaluation, and whether you pay once or every month.
- The path to a live account. Whether the firm clearly explains the move from a simulated account to a real one.
- Restrictions. Bots, news trading, trade copying and the choice of platforms.
We don't rate firms on the payout statistics they publish about themselves, because there is no way to verify them. We explain the details on the MyPropFirm methodology page.
Best Futures Prop Firms
All numbers are for a 50K account, as of October 2026.
1. Lucid Trading (LucidFlex): Best Overall
The evaluation requires $3,000 in profit with a $2,000 drawdown calculated at the end of the day (EOD). The consistency rule is 50% with a small margin, so you can pass in 2 days, and there is no consistency rule on the funded account. You don't pay an activation fee after you pass.
You can request a payout after 5 days, each with at least $150 in profit. Lucid sends the money within 2 business days, and the split is 90/10. Bots and trade copying are allowed.
Downside: a single payout is capped at 50% of your profit and no more than $2,000.
From my experience: for me, Lucid is the best firm right now. Payouts arrive fast, support replies without making you wait, and the rules are simple. No consistency rule on the funded account is a big plus.
2. Tradeify (Select): For Beginners
The drawdown is $2,000 EOD, and the consistency rule in the evaluation is 40%, so you need at least 3 days. The funded account has no consistency rule, and there is no activation fee.
After you pass, you choose a payout path: Select Daily (every day, up to $1,250) or Select Flex (every 5 profitable days, at least $150 each, up to $2,500). These limits apply to accounts bought after September 1, 2026. The split is 90/10. In our view, the stricter 40% rule is good for beginners: it teaches you to take profits instead of waiting for one huge day.
The catch: on the funded account, more than half of your trades and profit must come from positions held longer than 10 seconds.
3. My Funded Futures (Rapid): Fastest Payouts
Rapid lets you withdraw every day with a 90/10 split once you have $2,100 in realized profit. MFFU says it approves most payouts instantly. The consistency rule in the evaluation is 30% (EOD version) or 50% (intraday version), and there is none on the funded account.
Downside: before your first payout you have to build a $2,100 buffer, and after you pass, the standard Rapid plan has an intraday drawdown (only the Rapid EOD version calculates it at the end of the day).
4. Apex Trader Funding: Many Accounts at Once
Apex has no consistency rule in the evaluation and no minimum number of days. You can hold up to 20 active funded accounts (Performance Accounts) at the same time, and you keep 100% of your payouts. There is also an evaluation version with no activation fee.
What to watch out for: each account pays out a maximum of 6 times, the 50% rule applies to every payout, and you must close positions before 4:59 PM New York time.
5. Topstep: A Simple First Evaluation
If your best day goes over 55% of the profit target, you don't fail the evaluation; the target goes up instead. The $2,000 drawdown is calculated at the end of the day and stops at the starting balance. The profit split is 90/10.
Weak spot: Topstep charges a monthly fee, and on the Standard path there is also a $149 activation fee. Topstep doesn't partner with MyPropFirm.
6. Take Profit Trader: Payouts From Day One
On a PRO account you can withdraw from day one and every day after, and the consistency rule only applies in the evaluation (50%). A PRO+ account gives you a 90/10 split and an EOD drawdown.
Downside: the PRO account has an intraday drawdown, an 80/20 split and a buffer equal to the drawdown, and you pay for the evaluation every month. Take Profit Trader doesn't partner with MyPropFirm.
Best Forex/CFD Prop Firms
In forex, evaluations usually have two phases, and the drawdown is more often static. Accounts start at a few thousand dollars.
1. FTMO (2-Step): Best Overall in Forex
FTMO has been around since 2015 and is based in Prague. In the 2-Step evaluation you need to make 10% in phase one and 5% in phase two, with a 5% daily loss limit and a static 10% loss limit. You need at least 4 trading days.
You can request your first payout from day 14 after your first trade, and the evaluation fee can be refunded with your first payout. The smallest account is $10,000.
Downside: the profit split is 80%, and you only get 90% after you meet the conditions of the Scaling Plan or the Premium Programme. FTMO doesn't partner with MyPropFirm.
2. FundingPips (2 Step Standard): Flexible Payouts
The targets are 8% and 5%, the maximum loss is a static 10%, and the daily limit is 3% or 5%, depending on the version you choose. The biggest plus is the choice of payout cycle: weekly you get 60% of your profit, every two weeks 80%, and monthly 100% (this option applies to accounts bought from August 15, 2026).
The catch: on-demand payouts (90%) and monthly payouts require you to meet the 35% rule, and you only get the fee refunded with your 4th payout. FundingPips doesn't partner with MyPropFirm.
3. FundedNext (Stellar 2-Step): Fee Refund
The targets are 8% and 5%, with a 5% daily limit, a 10% maximum loss and at least 5 trading days in each phase. The evaluation fee comes back with your first payout, and the smallest account is $6,000. FundedNext also has a separate futures offer.
Downside: on the basic cycle (80%), you wait 21 days for your first payout, and after that payouts come every 14 days. Other payout options have their own timelines and a different profit split.
4. The5ers (High Stakes): The Smallest Account
High Stakes starts with a $2,500 account. The profit split starts at 80% and can grow to 100% in the scaling plan, and the 10% loss limit grows along with your profit.
Note: The5ers' official pages list different rules for High Stakes (a 5% or 3% daily limit), so confirm them with The5ers support before you buy.
Cheapest Firms and Fastest Payouts
Cheapest
The lowest price doesn't always mean the lowest cost. In our view, the cheapest futures options are accounts with a one-time fee and no activation fee: Lucid, Tradeify, My Funded Futures, or Apex in the version with no activation fee. Which one is cheapest this month depends on the current codes.
Topstep and Take Profit Trader look cheap, but they charge a fee every month until you cancel. If passing the evaluation takes you three months, you pay three times. In forex, The5ers ($2,500) and FundingPips ($5,000) have the smallest accounts, but a small account also means small payouts.
Fastest Payouts
| Firm | When you can withdraw | How long a payout takes |
|---|---|---|
| My Funded Futures (Rapid) | every day, once you have $2,100 in profit | most approved instantly |
| Take Profit Trader (PRO) | from day one, every day | usually within 1 business day |
| Tradeify (Select Daily) | every day, once you meet the conditions | 24–48 hours |
| Lucid Trading (LucidFlex) | after 5 days with at least $150 in profit each | up to 2 business days |
| FTMO (2-Step) | from day 14 after your first trade | 1–2 business days for verification and usually 1–2 days for the transfer |
From my experience: My Funded Futures once sent me a payout about 10 seconds after I submitted the request. I haven't seen that kind of speed anywhere else.
Current Discount Codes
The codes work at firms listed on MyPropFirm. Firms outside MyPropFirm sometimes run their own promotions, but you can't use MyPropFirm codes there.

| Lucid Trading | BETZ |
| Tradeify | BETZ |
| My Funded Futures | BETZ |
| Apex Trader Funding | BETZ |
| FundedNext | BETZ |
| Topstep, Take Profit Trader, FTMO, FundingPips, The5ers | no code |
Codes change often, sometimes every week, so we update this list together with the prices. We may earn a commission if you use a code.
What to Watch Out For
- Rules that aren't in writing. If you can't find the drawdown or payout rules in the help center, you have nothing to point to if a payout is denied.
- A fee that comes back every month. A cheap subscription evaluation can end up costing more than a pricier one-time one.
- Firms that change the rules on existing accounts. A fair firm keeps old accounts on the old rules, like Apex did when it pulled its older plans from sale on March 1, 2026.
- A ranking with no downsides. If someone doesn't write about a firm's weaknesses, it's more likely an ad than a ranking.
Verdict
In our view, the best prop trading firms for 2026 are Lucid Trading in futures and FTMO in forex. If payout speed matters most to you, choose My Funded Futures, and if you want to run many accounts at once, choose Apex.
Each one has its catch. Lucid caps a single payout at $2,000, FTMO starts you at an 80% split, MFFU requires a $2,100 buffer, and Apex stops payouts from an account after the sixth one. Pick the firm whose downside hurts your trading style the least.
FAQ
Which Prop Firm Is Best for Beginners?
In our view, firms with a one-time fee and an EOD drawdown work best when you're starting out, for example Tradeify or Lucid. Tradeify has a stricter consistency rule in the evaluation (40%), which teaches you to take profits. The less you spend on your first account, the less it hurts to lose it.
Do Prop Firms Accept Traders From Poland?
Yes. As of October 2026, Poland is not on the restricted country lists of FTMO, Topstep, Apex, Tradeify, Lucid, FundingPips, FundedNext or The5ers. These lists change, so check them before you buy.
Which Prop Firm Pays Out the Fastest?
In our view, My Funded Futures: on the Rapid plan you can withdraw every day once you have $2,100 in profit, and the firm says it approves most payouts instantly. Take Profit Trader (from day one on a PRO account) and Tradeify on the Select Daily path also pay out fast.
Is There a Polish Prop Firm?
We didn't find a prop firm for retail traders based in Poland. Firms that advertise in Poland are based abroad, for example FTMO in Prague. Before you buy, check the website footer to see where the firm is actually registered.
