E8 team for ultimately resolving my issue

I want to acknowledge the E8 team for ultimately resolving my issue professionally. Initially, I faced a frustrating situation where I was denied access to a newly purchased Futures account despite passing the evaluation, because I was told I had already passed one before. This was surprising, especially since I had proactively confirmed with their team via chat that multiple passed Futures accounts were allowed—up to 10, in fact. There was some miscommunication in the process, and it felt like my concerns weren’t fully reviewed at first. However, after raising the issue, the E8 team did step in and resolve it appropriately. I appreciate their willingness to address the matter and set things right. To anyone using their services: I recommend double-checking details and keeping a record of chats for reference. But overall, I’m grateful the support team came through and I’m happy with the final outcome.
