I believe Apex Trader Funding is a scam because I haven't received my first payout. I reached the initial target without following the consistency rule, yet they doubled the target because of this. Now, I need to meet the new target without the advantage of the move, and every win is restricted to 30%. As a customer testing the platform, I find these complex rules unfair and designed to prevent payouts. There are better platforms that simply focus on achieving the target without imposing such restrictive conditions. Please reconsider your approach—chasing low prices at the expense of fairness only damages your reputation.

Support is horrible they take 4 business days to reply. Pay out rules are another problem, up 30k in 2 weeks and can't get approved on a pay out, so many stupid little rules they make up even if profitable everyday for 2 weeks can't get a pay out.

I have all the emails we exchanged saved and can provide them as evidence to back up every single claim here. First of all, they have the hardest rules in the industry – stricter drawdowns, tighter consistency rules, and more restrictive trading parameters than any other firm I’ve seen. Yet, I followed every single rule to the letter and still managed to be consistently profitable. Here’s what happened: I turned my $100k funded account into $325k – over 225% growth, all while staying 100% within their guidelines. I successfully withdrew two payouts without issue. The moment they realized I was a genuinely profitable trader who wasn’t breaking rules, everything changed. That’s when the payout denials began – every single one labeled “Account under investigation.” No explanation. No timeline. No transparency. Just a black box excuse no one understands. Then the demands started: They requested my full trading strategy in writing. I delivered a clear, detailed, professional document – entry logic, stop-loss placement, risk management, position sizing, everything. → Payout still denied. They demanded 4 days of narrated trading videos. I recorded live trading sessions with full narration, uploaded exactly as instructed. → Payout still denied. They asked for my ID (again). I provided it immediately. → Payout still denied. Throughout this entire ordeal: Zero responses to my emails. Days turned into weeks of silence. Payout requests rejected without comment. Support ghosting me completely. Then came the most absurd excuse yet: “Your bank escalated fraudulent activity related to credit cards.” I don’t even use credit cards with Apex – I know there is no bank calling APEX and I never used Credit card for their purchases - when I asked for explanation or I will close the account and move to a competitor they sent an apology Email saying: “That was a communication error.” These guys are absolute dodgy scammers in suits. , then lock your profits the moment you prove you’re legit profitable trader. It’s not risk management – it’s profit confiscation disguised as compliance. I swear on everything – I closed my Apex account and moved to another prop firm. I would never trade with Apex again, and I warn every trader: stay far away. If you value your time, sanity, and hard-earned profits – Apex Trader Funding is a trap.
