I’m genuinely disappointed with Apex Trader Funding. When I first joined, everything seemed great — they even paid out on time a few times. But later, my account was suddenly blocked without a clear explanation, despite the fact that I followed all of their rules. Support stopped responding, and compliance ignored every email. Getting a real answer or clarification is almost impossible. It now feels like the company is more focused on making money from failed challenges rather than supporting serious and consistent traders. Yes, they do pay some traders, but it’s obvious that affiliates and influencers (such as Patrick Wieland, Alpine, and NuttyBar) receive preferential treatment, while regular traders are ignored or banned without proper justification. Apex once had a strong reputation, but today it’s simply disappointing. They need to improve transparency, communication, and fairness — not just invest in marketing and affiliate partnerships.

They have accepted my ID verification in the past. When I tried changing my bank account they asked me to do ID verification and the new system they use does not accept my residency card. I have a US residency card and am currently living in the US. I am not a US citizen, but a resident living here. I have a SSN and have bank statements showing that I am living here and getting payments from here. I have proof that I have received payouts from other prop firms such as Take Profit Trader in the last 30 days to my US Chase Bank account. I moved over to Apex as I want to trade on 20 accounts. I am looking for customer support to help me in this matter as your automated system does not approve documentation that gets approved on other platforms. Please reach out to me and help me resolve this situation so that I can continue using Apex.
