Noov 2025. Apex closed my paid account, 3 funded accounts, without giving any reason, just using one word Compliance. I lost over $800 or they stole $800 from me. Be aware. They can do this to you as well. They can close your account at anytime, and give you no reason.

I acquired three $100,000 Apex accounts in early October. I trade by trapping price action, essentially setting buy/sell stop orders in an attempt to capture breakouts. I *just* passed the evaluation and when I went to withdraw funds, Apex informed me that I broke the rules! The rule states that I cannot have open opposing positions - NOT - *pending* orders. This is absolute B.S. #1, they allowed me to continue trading after I apparently broke the rule 7 WEEKS ago (costing me precious time) and only notified me when I went to make a withdrawal. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation fails to manage their resources on behalf of paying clients only to tell them AFTER being a diligent trader that they "broke a rule." ...and an unclear, obscure one at that. Steer clear of these shenanigans. It is appalling and I am spitting mad ZERO stars.

Once you've obtained a significant payout, they will find ways to prevent you from getting further payouts by preventing you from buying additional evaluation accounts without reason. Doesn't reply emails related to this. Scummy company.

After a year plus of trying to make it work I’ve been denied so many payouts after following their rules. I would submit a payout request and they would come up with some rule I’ve never heard of and tell me that it’s been denied. It was a viscous cycle.
