So i have been with Apex since approx. Oct 24'. Everything was great i was getting payouts, and about 4mo they put a flag on my account, for "Live Prop Trading". My time with Apex is ending since i lost my accounts after 11mo of keeping the same accounts and consistently getting payouts. So i got tired of waiting and informed them i do not want to be moved to live prop, for 2-3 mo now ive sent them email after email stating this, you dont even have to get a payout for this email to be sent its: 1. A way of giving traders an incentive of explaining their strategy 2. Flagging profitable traders with a decoy reason. Anytime you put in a regular ticket like "Having Issues Logging Into My Account" they answer but everytime it mentions "supervisor" or "flag" theyre silent theyre scared that youll scale up to 20 accts if you look like a threat to their profit(failed accts)to loss(successful payout) ratio, they are honestly one of the suckier PFs, you can only pull $2k per acct on a $50k, have an insane amount of rules, and when youre a good trader they look for every avenue to nerf you. Apex i would loveeeee to get a response on this, lets see how you guys explain this one and dont even pull "we sent this on so and so" bc i have every receipt of all our communications to each other. ill be successful with or without you lol. PROFITABLE TRADERS BEWARE, BUY AS MANY EVALS AND TURN THEM TO PAs IMMEDIATELY,

My Account APEX_304770 Was Shut Down Right After an $8K Profit — Absolutely Unacceptable Review: I purchased a $300K Apex evaluation account on November 19, 2025, followed every rule, and executed ONE trade — a clean, legitimate trade that made about $8,000 in profit. Right after that, my Tradovate account suddenly shows “inactive” and the entire account is closed with ZERO explanation. This is outrageous. I didn’t break a single rule. No violations. No warnings. Nothing. Just an account shut down immediately after a profitable trade. How is anyone supposed to trust a service that randomly disables accounts without justification? This feels like a massive technical failure, and the fact that it happened right after a winning trade makes it even more suspicious and unacceptable. Traders depend on stability and fairness — instead I got an account wiped out for absolutely no valid reason. Apex needs to fix this immediately and compensate for the damage caused. If this is how accounts are handled after profitable trades, people deserve to know. Right now, this experience is beyond disappointing — it’s infuriating.
