Ich rate jedem von APEX ab!!!! Heute gab es einen CME Ausfall, man konnte nicht mehr handeln. Positionen die offen waren hatten einen mehrstündigen Delay, aber anstatt dann die Kurse zu reproduzieren oder eine Lösung zu finden, wurde dann einfach irgendwann weitergemacht. Stop Loss bekommen obwohl ich einen Gewinn gemacht hätte über 400Pips, weil einfach irgendwann eingeschaltet wurde und das wars. Support antworten nur "ja wir bestätigen einen Ausfall können nichts machen". Jeden kleinen Regelverstoß können Sie auf die Sekunde genau sagen aber hier sind sie "machtlos". Einfach nur ein echt schlechter Laden, der nur dein Geld will ohne fair zu sein. Ich rate jedem von Apex ab. Sucht euch wirklich bessere Companys. Jede Woche ist irgendwas. Nur noch zum brechen und der support auch einfach schlecht. Today there was a CME outage, so trading was no longer possible. Open positions had a delay of several hours, but instead of reproducing the prices, they simply continued at some point. I got a stop loss even though I would have made a profit of over 400 pips, because at some point it was simply switched on and that was it. Support just replied, “Yes, we confirm an outage, can't do anything.” They can tell you about every minor rule violation down to the second, but here they are “powerless.” Just a really bad company that only wants your money without being fair. I advise everyone to stay away from Apex. Really look for better companies. Every week there's something. It's just breaking down, and the support is also just bad.

By the morning of November 20th, I had built my funded account up to around $4,500 and submitted a payout request for $1,000. I received no response, even though I have an email showing they received the request at 8:04 AM. By November 24th, my account had increased by another $1,500, so I submitted a new payout request for $2,500. Two days later, I received an email stating that my request was denied due to a “50% MAE/Drawdown Violation – 11/20.” According to their message, the breach supposedly occurred on November 20th. However, my account has always been in profit and had reached approximately $6,000 by the time they denied the payout. I don't even recall having any losing trades and if I did have the odd one it was very small. At that point, I decided to stop trading the account and walk away. If they are offering a funded account for $50 do you really expect them to pay you $2500? For me it's the fact that they wasted nearly 4 weeks of my time going through the evaluation then building up a buffer in my funded account so I could get a payout only for it to be denied. I strongly suggest that anyone considering using this company do thorough research and compare with other, more reputable providers.

Got three payouts and then blocked me from purchasing more evals. I stopped trading with them 2 months ago. Bulenox is my new favorite. They don’t deny any payouts.

SCAMMMMMM!!! I had a good position to push the account and Apex automatically closed my position, even though I was in profit, so I wouldn't push the account. It was a truly horrible experience, I absolutely do not recommend it.
