They are refusing to address my account issues by claiming I was a "low volume" affiliate with only ~$140/month in earnings. This is FALSE. I have sent them official transaction records from Deel and PartnerStack proving that I was consistently earning and withdrawing between $1,500 and $2,350 per month in 2023 Instead of investigating why their internal data is corrupted/wrong, the support agent (Chris) keeps replying with a copy-paste generic message: "There is no record on our end..." completely ignoring the official bank proofs I sent. I am posting this here because support is stonewalling me. I have proof of my volume. I demand a manager review my case and not a bot response. (Ticket Reference: 1145828)

I ve been trading with Apex for a few months Although I made mistakes but I passed my challenge account in 1 day then started to get paid out Suddenly, they sent out an email saying they are going to withdraw my funds and close my account for no reason. They withdraw my money, they approved it, it’s showing paid on the dashboard But they naver send it to my bank account . Since , 11/13/25, After contacting them 5 times, no reply, I decided to let you guys know what can happen to your account. Be careful guys Apex can withdraw your fund whenever they want and you will not get paid. Account number: APEX_334408

Apex has the worst rules of any of the prop firms. They do allow 20 accounts which is really the only pro. They do pay if you follow their rules. My issue with them is that they suspend accounts without any reason under the guise of evaluating you for a live account. Their CEO admittedly said they only have a "handful" of traders who are live without being able to articulate a number or estimate. In all the social groups, NO ONE is a live trader. You will be asked to send videos, details of your trading plan, and a lot of time-wasting activities which no other firm requests. That's why there are rules. It's pretty simple. They purposely ban people who are trading well and making money. Other firms have clear rules and don't ban you or discriminate. Be sure to not put all your eggs in one basket. Proceed with caution if you do business with them.
