Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$50K Account: $1,000

$100K Account: $1,500

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

Worst prop firm

Worst prop firm, scamming people all the time. I was literally 3k in profit and they clossed my account TWICE then proceded to say that i lost 3k. I hope yall fix your shit and im suing this company. (Coming from a trader that makes 200k a week)

APEX LOCKED MY ACCOUNT SINCE JUNE 16th 2025

NO MORE EVALS DURING REVIEW PERIOD This is a product labeled Lifetime because it is not a monthly charged product item in our system, but can be removed after review. Since June 16th, 2025 - Lifetime Hello Guys, This is the message I got from Apex June 16th, 2025. Since then I have not been able to buy any accounts with them, even though I made over $30,000 with them. I tried to reach out to support (Angel Jerez and Alejandro) several times, but nothing got resolved. I am very disappointed with APEX because I have been a customer for over two years and yet I get this type of unfair treatment.
