Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Maximum Drawdown

$25K Account: $1,000

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

You get banned after making money

Once you make some decent money (in my case withdrawing 25k) you get banned, cant buy more evals and they deny following payouts with existing accounts. Just terrible not being transparent, they tell you it is a review period for potential live trading (which they dont have).

Scam. Pathetic, Pathetic Company

Do not bother. If you pass the account and get close to a payout, they will send you an email asking for screenshots of trades, videos of trades, charts marked up of your trades explaining why you took the trade as well as a detailed "write-up" of your entire trading strategy and what indicators you use. They are just trying to prolong your payout until you blow the account. They ask for all of this information even if you stay within their parameters which is 7 pages if you print it. I have traded with 6 other prop firms besides them and they are hands down the absolute worse....and its not even close. I will never understand how they have been in business this long.

Everything about this propfirm is 1/10. Yesterday I bought 300k account and placed my first trade, and you know what happened? when i clicked the sell button position got opened way down as hell, and i was down -3k instantly and again after few minutes i opened another trade and my p&l was -negative and i closed it and at last it was a profitable trade, then i checked other brokers chart and found out apex's was delayed as hell, in the peak NY session, wow. And today my NQ trade was running and it wen down and showed instant rejection like really quick. And after that i couldn't open the trade because account was blown due to their scam drawdown, it was my first trade and sl was of -600 and my balance was 49150 but accounts gone. Even the accounts are cheap don't buy it. I won't take it even its free its a waste of time.
