Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! CAUTION!! STAY AWAY They won't pay you if you are not a social media influencer. If you request a payout, they would ask you to take screenshots of your trades. And the worst part they would ask for backtest data and win rate data of your strategy. STAY AWAY !!

The worst propfirm of all time

The worst propfirm of all time I requested a payout with 1000$ and they did an interview with me and let me explain my strategy After that they ghosted me and didn’t reply to any of my emails ! Scammers a big scammers ! Every single thing in this firm is overrated from A to Z And there is no a good dashboard its the worst the data didn’t even refresh and the support don’t answer me and i cant see my drawdown statue I recommend no body to use them ! Its almost 2 weeks and they did send me nothing ! Worst propfirm of all time 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Fake charts and bad support

First let me explain I took a trade with 280$ left in drawdown and set my stoploss to 500 knowingly This means that half on my drawdown in the trade would be 250$ right? Yes Price never went past half between my entry and stoploss meaning I shouldn’t have lost more than 250 but I got liquidated I contacted support and they kept on copy and pasting the same response. It was bullshit and I never got any compensation. Kept on saying I put 7 contracts this and that but if my stoploss was -500 and it never went past half why the hell did I blow it

BEWARE OF APEX

I selected Tradovate platform when I purchased my account and their system signed me up for a different platform that I never heard of or was even an option. When I reached out to customer service they told me that they will not give me a refund or be able to switch platforms. They told me moving forward I needed to select the right platform, which I did and their system screwed up. They refused to help me and basically told me "Thank you for understanding". No wonder they were trying to attract people with a 90% off offer. Now I'm out money and it seems like this is how they make most of their money.
