They don't have clear rules. They deny withdrawals and send you an email explaining a new rule that wasn't written on the website or in the contract. On December 31st, I made a transaction with 3 contracts, but I was only authorized to use 2. So after this violation, I received an email from APEX informing me that because of this violation I would have to wait 10 calendar days before I could request a withdrawal. That would be on January 11th. After the 11th, I was not authorized to make the withdrawal, and after I opened a complaint ticket, they sent a new email saying that I should wait 8 market days, which would only be on January 13th. After January 13th, I was again denied permission to withdraw my funds, and after another complaint ticket, they completely changed the reason and now say they will only count my earning days starting from January 3rd. The only recorded violation notice is from December 31st. There are no other violations, least of all on January 3rd. In two weeks they changed their version 3 times. They say in their Trustpilot response that they explained the reason to me by email. What they don't say is that they changed their version 3 times in 2 weeks. How can we trust them?

I have been trading with Apex for half a year now. I requested my first payout of $1,000 and it was paid. Then I requested a second payout of $2,000 and it was also paid — everything on time, everything fine. Apex is a good prop firm until you ask for a larger payout. My third payout request was for $10,000, and that’s when they suspended my account and asked for 3 days of trading videos. I sent everything, followed all the rules, and my account was not banned. However, I have now been waiting for 8 weeks with no payout and no response. Two weeks ago I contacted support again, and they told me to wait — and once again, no further response. So where are the limits? How much longer am I supposed to wait?
