They provided me a refund as i missed to put promo code on an eval which was great. Then closed my account a week later as they were “notified of fraudulent credit card dispute” and said i must pay the dispute to get my account back. However the amount is question was the money they had REFUNDED to me. I have never filed any disputes with my bank. Sent ticket with all the proof. Dead silence after 8 days. Either they are scamming or the team is incompetent. Stay away from this company. There are much better, more reliable teams to work with. 1238844

I am extremely disappointed with Apex Trader Funding’s support and compliance process. My account has been placed under “review” for over THREE MONTHS, despite being told by their compliance team that the process would take around 30 days. During this entire period: • I have been unable to trade • I have been unable to purchase any new accounts • I have received ZERO updates or explanations I currently have no active accounts at all, yet I remain blocked from purchasing new ones with no justification and no communication. Since December 12th 2025, I have sent multiple tickets and emails through the website exactly as instructed by their support team. I was told that existing tickets would be answered in the order received — yet I have never received a single response. What makes this even more unacceptable is that when I contact Apex using a different email address, I receive immediate replies. However, when I use my main registered email, my messages are clearly seen but completely ignored. This selective non-response is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they treat customers once an issue arises. The compliance team promised a 30-day review timeline. It has now been over 90 days with absolutely no update, no decision, and no accountability. I have complied with every instruction given, waited patiently far beyond the stated timeframe, and still remain stuck in limbo with no access to services I paid for. This is not how a serious trading firm should operate. There is no transparency, no proper support follow-up, and no respect for clients’ time or money. Leaving customers blocked for months without communication is unacceptable. At this point, I strongly feel misled by Apex Trader Funding’s review process and deeply frustrated by their lack of professionalism. If you are considering using this company, be aware that if your account ever gets flagged for review, you may be left for months without answers, without access to your account, and without any meaningful support. I expected much better from a well-known prop firm. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a complete failure in customer service and compliance communication.

Even if you trade by their rules, the moment you become profitable, they will deny you to open more accounts, dont trust all influencers showing 20 accounts getting massive payouts, the only reason they get that is because they attract customers, thats all

Apex payout rules are extremely difficult, they have cheap accounts and passing accounts are easy but actually being eligible for payout is very difficult for new traders because of the safety net rule, consistency rule, and MAE rule. It took me a year to start getting payouts from apex and when i switched to others I got payouts in weeks.

This firm has banned my evaluation without any reason and even said that this is a risk time decision, do not raise the ticket, it will not be of any benefit and I have not taken the payout yet. Worst experience #scammerfirm I had also raised the ticket but they cancelled it saying that this risk is a team decision, is the supporter talking nonsense?
