Several PA accounts with payouts approved between Jan 10–15, 2026 still show Approved in the PA Payments portal, but funds have not been received. I’ve contacted support multiple times over the past week without a response. I’m posting to obtain confirmation of payment status and an expected timeline. I’m happy to provide full account details privately. Update: Since my original review, I attempted to contact Apex via Facebook and Instagram. All comments requesting help with approved payouts were declined or redirected, and no support response has been received. I also sent a formal 72-hour escalation email listing all affected accounts and approval dates. As of today, this remains unresolved. I am still seeking confirmation of payment status and a clear payout timeline. Thank you for the response. Apex has since confirmed that a payout was returned due to a routing number issue. My payout form was reset, and I have now re-entered and verified all bank details. For reference, I have successfully received a prior payout from Apex using the same bank information on January 8, 2026. I am currently awaiting confirmation that the returned payout(s) have been reprocessed and a clear payment timeline. I will update this review once the issue is fully resolved.

Do not entertain these scammers. The longer you stay, the worse it will get. This review will be my last mention of them. 1 year in, several payouts, customer support gets slower and slower purposely ignoring payout approvals and any issue you have. On big payouts of $2k+, they will ignore you and won't get approved. Payouts sit stagnant for multiple days under review or under approved status but not sent out. In their terms and conditions, they falsely state they do not review, monitor, or approve of any trading strategy for compliance. Lies. Without this harassment, payouts would not get submitted. Disregarding their own terms of use, I was hit with a compliance review, requesting proof of trades. A breach of their agreement. Why is this company still up and running you may ask? Look online. Influencers get paid to promote this garbage. Then boom here is your "90% off." That is the only reason. Traders are waking up. Apex will fall off eventually. Give it time. There are much better trustworthy firms with daily instant withdraws. Who wants to trade for 8 days, request payout, then wait another 8 days in hopes of getting your money sent.

I am formally disputing the disabling of my funded account. There was NO rule violation on my side. Despite this, my account suddenly became “Disabled / Untradable” while holding more than $5,000 in profit. This is a serious issue and I request an immediate technical investigation.
