I used to enjoy trading with Apex, especially because of their copy trading of up to 20 PA accounts. Unfortunately, my experience turned out very poorly. At some point, several of my PA accounts were blown. After that, I was suddenly no longer able to purchase new evaluations. I never received any email or explanation about why this happened. When I looked through the FAQ, I found that Apex states a person can have two accounts: one personal account and one business account. Since I could no longer use my personal account, I opened an account under my business, believing this was allowed according to their own FAQ. Everything seemed fine. I passed several evaluations, paid for them, and they were converted into Performance Accounts. In total, I spent around $3,000 across all PA accounts. I traded for about a month and eventually became eligible for my first payout on one account. As soon as I requested the payout, my account was immediately banned. Apex claimed that I was trying to bypass restrictions on my personal account by using a business account and considered this fraudulent behavior. If this was truly against their rules, my account should have been blocked immediately when it was opened, not after I had spent thousands of dollars and weeks trading. The business account was opened in my own name, using the same credit card, so there was no attempt to hide anything. As a result, I spent significant time and money only to be banned at the moment of payout. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope Apex will reconsider their decision or, at the very least, refund the money I invested. Their FAQ clearly states that you can have both a personal and a business account. It does not say that if your personal account is blocked, you are not allowed to open a business account.

Just don’t. I bought a 300k full account and opened my first position with the advertised max 35 contracts to try the waters. And immediately my account was closed without any explanation. Never

Very bad experience, no real support I have had a very bad experience with this company. I have been waiting a long time for support, and they do not respond to emails at all. I bought a new trading account from them, but I cannot trade on it. When I contacted support to ask for help, instead of fixing the problem, they told me “congratulations, you passed this account,” which makes no sense because the account is not usable. This feels very unprofessional and misleading. There is no clear communication, no real customer support, and no solution to the problem. After paying for a service, I expected at least basic assistance, but I received nothing. I do not recommend this company. Be very careful before buying anything from them.

Poor customer service. I just purchased a plan with a wrong broker and they refused exchange / return. Disappointed.
