Approved fund but wait more than 8 days and still no fund deposit to my bank yet, I felt like being scammed

Huge scam done within the last 2 weeks. Nobody can believe it. Multiple attempts of contact getting completely ignored. Theyve closed all portals to communicate with support. They currently owe me 5 x refunds due to breaching their terms and conditions when I signed with them to trade metals. No reasoning just removed metals and havent contacted me back about my accounts. Apex still the same. Even after giving them another chance. Regret it massively. No apologies, no corrections and correspondence. Confirmed refund is due but still waiting. Almost 2 weeks
