They have support but they will just reply with a standardized script that is only relevant to a few words or a topic you might have mentioned. If you run into issues with your platform or accounts you will need to figure it out on you're own and hope it doesn't liquidate.

It says "Account blown" even though I made a profit on 2 accounts. I submitted support tickets and it's been almost 24 hours with no response.

SCAM! I paid $10 for an Access 1 Step account at $200,000, but I never received the codes or anything!

*****update*** Today CS got back to me Email below - so they don't know how long ban on gold trading is going to last, they feeding me with crap about high volatility and broker margin adjustments, which would be understandable if other Funding firms that i use, have done it without holding off gold trades and was done within minutes. NOW, they blocked all gold trading not like others ( i have funding accounts somewhere ) that limited gold by reducing lot sizes. They have a rule that you need to take at least one trade pre week. They say that don't know how long BAN on gold will take but didn't suspend rule one trade per week. For me as gold treader is ridiculous ( to me is like forcing to trade something else, nobody cares that my strategy is about gold). Wrote them 3 emails about this but seems nobody cares. Beside this issue, They have one of the most complex rules when it comes to payout. System is lagging, the night shows you are available for payment in the morning without any trading everything is changed. Their violation system lagging as well, not showing anything until day of payment - unless you did hard breach.

They blocked gold for market conditions but I only trad that. So I bought an account for nothing and they didn't want to refund me. I don't like business like theses with their own rules.
