A futures-focused prop firm. Since 1 March 2026 Apex has run on a new product line: end-of-day drawdown, built-in scaling, a 50% consistency requirement and no payout denials. Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$50K Account: $1,000

$100K Account: $1,500

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

Horrible Prop Firm, they are just going to deny every payout you make. They will create imaginary violations and take money from your trading account. As if trading is not hard by itself they will make your edge disapear

Hi I’m getting charged two different…

Hi I’m getting charged two different amounts for my PA accounts with the life time option for my 50k Tradovate accounts why isn’t that all my Life time amounts are not 75 dollars? Instead I have my one active PA account with the life time amount of 75 dollars, currently but to activate my new one, it’s either 98 dollars or 125 for lifetime. This is confusing.

I still have not been helped in regard to my first payout with this prop firm. I emailed them, got one response of them asking a question and then ghost. No response even after sending a follow up email opening another ticket.
