Apex Trader Funding

I have been a good customer of Apex for a year buying evaluations regularly. I was recently hospitalized and as result did not cancel the evaluation in time as I returned from the hospital the day of the renewal. I was charged 300 dollars. I cancelled all 3 subscriptions on the same day of renewal but they refused to refund the refund the fees. I can only express my dissapointment that Apex can be so greedy that they would take advantage of an ill individual to make a profit.

Never had propfirm this awful, decided to try new propfirm out of curiosity. Bought an account, account active but for 3party where u trade ”not activited, buy this ( what i already both ). 3 emails later same answers even when i say it doesnt work havent worked etc, like help me worked this trough and again nothing helpful same links same help even though doesnt work. Answers once a day/2days at midnight my time ( european ). Will not recommend anyone using this, customer support same as no customer support all. Worst experience so far

Apex changed their products and is now focussed on only short term money making traders. Not for me anymore. This feels like scam.

After changing the products and rules I lost all trust in Apex. They are always telling us that they are looking for consistent traders, but with only allowing 6 payouts in a PA is not consistent. This is achieved after 1,5 months and no one will be moved to live after 1,5 months. This is not for traders anymore. This is just money making with accounts.

Payout still in pending since 21 Feb. Three messages in and still no reply 11 days later. Whats going on Apex? You say on your website in big letters that you dont deny payouts anymore? But leaving me in pending all this time. Lucid and Tradify pay out within hours and Topstep within 2 days. 11 days is insane in this industry.
