Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$25K Account: $500

$50K Account: $1,000

$100K Account: $1,500

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

I requested a payout on Sunday

I requested a payout on Sunday, but it was never reviewed or approved. Then on Thursday my account got blown, and only after that I received an email saying my payout was denied. What is your actual payout processing time? If traders have to wait several days for a payout to be reviewed, they shouldn’t be trading during that time. Otherwise the account can blow before the payout is even processed. This process feels very unfair and honestly very disgusting.

Apex is the biggest scam website on the internet. This is the most corrupt dangerous prop firm out there! The ceo even leftapex to create Lucid trading which is soooooooo much better and more safe. I made some nice trades and apex keeps making new excues and new rules to take back the profit! I did not break any rukes on a static 100k pa with no DD! They just made rules up as they went. You can avoind all this by using any other prop firm out there! Why put your self through all that. APEX IS A SCAM! Do not get sucked in by there cheap price! That is how they get you! A real company does not use this marketing tactic. Do you see lambos go on sale for 90% off? No becuase there are a real compnay not a scammy website.

Scam thief propfirm

Guys don't lose your money make business with Apex they are just a scam thief propfirm. They will never don't pay you any payout....after making 45k profits get any payout and all 2 weeks try contact the client service without any response. Good luck

Scam charge you for stuff you don't wont then wont refund you. I had glitch issues then they blame other brokerage. Keep changing rules. They take advantage of newcomers. Customer service doesn't answer your questions fully they pick and choose which one they want to. Delayed ticket response no direct phone call available STAY AWAY
